This is the advanced course following the seminar Modern Gilding Part 1. The course deepens the application possibilities of Kölner Instacoll and Permacoll and shows further modern fields of application. The participants gild stucco elements in finishes from matte to mirror gloss and learn their combined application. In addition, the participants metallize with metal leaf and copper and learn how to properly protect them afterwards with Kölner Zapon varnish GL. You will learn how to optimally prepare substrates, properly process adhesives and apply metal leaf cleanly. Furthermore, we share valuable tips from everyday workshop practice and take time for individual questions and problems.
