The Lascaux Gouache range is characerised by intense, luminos and pure colours. Lascaux Gouache Colours are viscous, highly concentrated and so very economical to use. They are thinnable with water and can be applied in smooth event layers. They are intense, luminos and pure, consisting of quality lightfast pigments and an acrylic modified starch binder. Due to high pigment concentration and the consistency of the binder, colours will maintain luminosity, clarity and intensity even when dilutet 1:1 or more with water. The immediacy of this medium becomes apparent when building layers of different colours; translucent or opaque colours can be overpainted without dissolving and intermixing with previous layers. Lascaux Gouache Colours can be easily applied to all absorbent materials like paper, cardboard or canvas.
