Kölner Classic Poliment wet. Poliment (also known as bole) is a clay-like substance. It is applied to the prepared surface, usually gesso. Gesso is a mixture of chalk and glue. Polishing/burnishing with agate stones are possible.
Kölner Classic Poliment is unbound and has to be prepared with skin glue, gelatine or egg white before application. Advantages are very good gradient, excellent covering power and needs low quantities of glue.
