Product information "Imitation Silver Leaf 16 x 16 cm"

 

Imitation Silver Leaf is pure aluminium. Usually used with Kölner Permacoll HA size black or clear or in the oil-technique, the water-technique is also possible.

The sheets are staggered to ensure quick and easy work. The Application-Set for metal leaf is also suitable.

Available in two high quality grades for different applications:

Standard - gilding of figures, picture frames, decorative objects, borders, stenciling, furniture, wall gilding, ceiling gilding, floristry decoration ...

Premium - poliment gilding with metal leaf, reverse glass gilding, surface gilding.

Mostly used in the frame-industry and modern decorations on walls, column etc. Imitation Silver Leaf differs hardly from Genuine Silver Leaf, therefore it will often used as cheap alternative. Suitable for the interior as well as for the exterior field. Protective coating not respectively conditionally necessary. 

Kölner Leaf Protect is recommended as a protective varnish.
