Product information "Oxidmetall Schwarz Transfer"

 

Oxidmetall ist unedles Blattmetall (Kupfer-Zink Legierung), dass in einem speziellen Verfahren anoxidiert und für dekorative Arbeiten verwendet wird. Es kann nur im Innenbereich verwendet werden und muss zum Schutz gegen Oxidation lackiert werden.

Schlagmetall wird meist mit dem Klebemittel Kölner Permacoll HA rot angewendet. Weitere geeignete Klebemittel sind: Schnellmixtion, Kölner Aqua Size und Ölmixtion wobei auch die Polimenttechnik möglich ist. Verwendung findet Schlagmetall zumeist in der Bilderrahmenindustrie und für moderne Dekorationszwecke an Wänden, Säulen etc. Alle Schlagmetalle können nur im Innenbereich angewendet werden und sollten mit einem Überzug gegen Oxidation geschützt werden.

Zur künstlichen Alterung verwendet man Kölner Permacoll Patina als letzten Arbeitsschritt.

Als Schutzlack empfiehlt sich ein Lack auf Lösemittelbasis. Lacke auf Wasserbasis perlen durch evtl. Wachsrückstände auf dem Schlagmetall.

Farbunterschiede, Farbveränderungen, Muster, Strukturen und Adern sind bei Blatt-, Alu- und Kupfermetallen kein Reklamationsgrund. Für gleichmäßiges Erscheinungsbild von Flächen (ab 0,5 m²) bitte gesondert bestellen

Speziell dafür ausgesuchte Chargenqualität

Bitte innerhalb von 2 Monaten verarbeiten! Nachdunklung durch Oxidation!

 

Bei allen Blattmetallen und Echtsilber in der Transferausführung und auf Rolle (Papierträger) eventuelle Wachsrückstände vor dem Überlackieren beachten.

Der Untergrund muss abgeschlossen sein und darf nicht mehr saugen! Verarbeitungshinweise nach dem jeweiligen Klebemittel beachten!

Bitte achten Sie bei wärmeren Temperaturen auf eine kühle Lagerung, da das Blattmetall auf Wachspapier aufgelegt ist. NICHT BELASTEN!
